Amazon is selling a reflection journal with thousands of five-star reviews that reviewers say has transformed their lives. Currently on offer for £11.25, Insight Editons’ Self-Care: A Day and Night Reflection Journal has won high praise from shoppers who say journaling has helped ease their stress.

The “beautiful” paperback includes guided prompts and activity logs for morning and evening use, reports the Liverpool Echo. The description explains: “This 90-day Day and Night Reflection Journal helps you develop a habit of regular self-care to carry throughout your life. It’s easy to be distracted by the busy day-to-day and forget to focus on the present and what’s most important.”
