The 2025 January transfer window and finally arrived – and we could be in for a busy one.
The winter window has infamously been quiet in the past but that looks likely to change. Manchester United are in dire need of reinforcements as their Premier League struggles continue.
They have been linked with moves for Viktor Gyokeres and Randal Kolo Muani. A couple of strikers could also be on their way out of Old Trafford, with Marcus Rashford and Joshua Zirkzee seeing their futures in severe doubt.
Table-topping Liverpool also have some decisions to make. Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk can now engage in talks with foreign clubs. Real Madrid have also made their first move to try and sign Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Elsewhere, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal – as well as all of their Premier League rivals – could choose to dip into the market over the coming weeks.
