Victoria Beckham has been praised by fans after she posted a throwback ‘horny’ message on social media about husband David and she’s branded ‘so real’

Victoria Beckham has been praised by fans for her candid post about intimate details of her relationship with David.

The Spice Girl turned fashion designer, 50, took to her Instagram account in a bid to promote her new fragrance Portofino – and in a successful marketing strategy, she added a personal element to the campaign. But it wasn’t simply personal, in fact, the star, better known as Posh Spice, revealed intimate details of her time spent with David in the Italian town.

She wrote: “Portofino in 1997 was a very, very romantic trip. I remember how excited I was there to be there with David for the first time. The intensity of the two of us being together that 48 hours really was amazing… Kisses @DavidBeckham @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty xx.”

And her candid post was certainly not wasted on her followers. One person wrote: “Lmaooooo basically she saying they were F***N all day and night ! They made the 3 boys in one trip !” Another person penned: “I’m so jealous.”

Pleased with how open the star had been, a third person said: “i’m very comfortable, and as a matter of fact i’d like for her to tell me more.” It seems as though the couple have now achieved the status of couple goals as another person added: “i want their love so bad like they are obsessed with each other still.”

And this was shared by yet another fan who said: “The way they still want each other. Love it.” Meanwhile, one of her loyal followers wrote: “I aspire to write such a caption one day.”

And while fans of the couple aim to achieve their marital success, they had to overcome one of the most difficult times in their relationship back in 2003. At this time, David and Victoria’s romance was hit with an allegation of an affair with his personal assistant Rebecca Loos, while David was playing in Spain for Real Madrid.

According to biographer Tom Bower, he claimed that Victoria spent her “lonely” life in Madrid “chain-smoking”, while dealing with the media frenzy on the back of Rebecca’s allegations. In his new book The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power, which is being serialised by the Mirror before its release on June 20, takes a look at the couple’s relationship.

Tom writes in his book: “Her life in Madrid was lonely and unhappy. Although she had everything money could buy she was isolated. With few friends, she was unwilling to learn Spanish. Her diet, rigorous exercise and chain-smoking reflected her anxieties.”

And in the Netflix series Beckham, when asked how the couple got through the intense scrutiny amid the allegations that spread across the world, David responded: “I don’t know how we got through it, in all honestly. Victoria is everything to me, to see her hurt was incredibly difficult, but we’re fighters and at that time we needed to fight for each other, we needed to fight for our family. “

He added: “And what we had was worth fighting for. There were some days that I would wake up and think, ‘How am I going to go to work? How am I going to walk on to that training pitch? How am I going to look as if nothing’s wrong?’ I felt physically sick every day when I opened my eyes, ‘How am I going to do this?'”
