The influencer and relationship coach recently shared a TikTok video where she spoke about how she managed to shed 15lbs in a matter of weeks thanks to some very basic lifestyle changes

A relationship advisor and influencer has opened up about her no-nonsense secret to dropping an impressive fifteen pounds in just three weeks.

Norah Harts offered a peek behind the curtain at her simple yet effective weight loss strategies through a viral TikTok clip. The straight-talking Norah confessed to her followers: “Listen, I’m lazy, okay? I’m not going to do any of that. It was really just some really small lifestyle changes.”

She chalked up a major part of her slim-down success to cutting out alcohol entirely, admitting: “I was drinking way too much and I noticed it was taking a toll on my physical health.” In addition to alcohol, she scaled back on eating out, explaining,: “One of my favourites right now is the crispy Caesar salad, because I don’t like grilled chicken that much. A whole serving that makes me full is only 250 calories.”

She’s even tackled a new running routine, despite not being a fan of the exercise, saying: “As somebody who has never been able to run for more than two minutes in her entire life. The first day I could barely run one mile, this morning I ran two miles. I just feel so proud of myself.”

Norah shared a powerful message for those who identify as ‘lazy’: “From somebody that’s lazy, I didn’t think I’d be able to have fun and run and workout in that way. That’s what I do to work out. I’ll go to the gym, don’t lift weights, as of right now I’m just running.”

Her video has since gone viral, with viewers sharing their weight loss stories, emphasizing that everyone has their own path, reports the Express. Danielle commented: “I barely drink alcohol, stopped eating out and try to drink mostly water (with the exception of coffee or energy drink) and still can’t lose my belly.”

Alondra opened up about her struggle with reducing eating out: “The HARDEST thing is stopping eating out. I am slowly getting better. I keep caving but better than every day and every meal like I used to.”

Bella suggested: “Try Pilates 30 minutes a day, it’s helped me improve my mood, helped me get active, and make me happy.” Following Ali Szubiak’s request, Norah also posted a new video including her much-awaited crispy chicken Caesar salad recipe. .

Addressing her followers, Norah advised: “Before we get into it, I want to remind you there’s a balance for everything. I still let myself have pizza rolls if I want pizza rolls, I just don’t eat them every day.” Within her dietary habits, Norah included US Perdue SimplySmart Organic crispy chicken to satisfy her craving for “good, crispy fried food in my diet”.

“I have two of those tenders, I put them in the air fryer,” she elaborated as part of her recipe rundown. For lunch, she opts for a pre-made chopping salad kit that includes Caesar dressing, croutons, and seasoning.

Norah shared how this go-to side dish satisfies her hunger: “It fills me up, like I can fill that bowl up pretty high.” She also noted that this salad is kind to her lactose-intolerant stomach, making it a perfect choice for her midday meal.
