Fighter pilots need to have near-range visual acuity of 20/20 without correction, which means their eyesight is elite – do you have what it takes to match them with this super tricky brainteaser?

Giving your brain a workout is known to help improve cognitive performance, enhance memory, and help with focus and attention. It’s so good for you studies have shown that engaging in regular activities such as chess or sudoku can delay the symptoms of dementia.

Many use brainteasers and puzzles as a way to keep their minds active and it’s thought that adding the dimension of speed to these can add to the benefits even more. Who doesn’t love a challenge or a bit of friendly competition between friends?

Plus, brainteasers aren’t just fun – they are a great way of focusing your mind and challenging yourself to think outside the box. In return, by doing them regularly- and you keep pushing yourself, you’ll find that your mind is sharper.

You’ve got sniper vision if you can find the snake hiding on the forest floor

This particular brainteaser is proving to be a bit of a challenge, even for the most sharp-sighted as many people attempting to solve it lost focus of the task at hand. Below you’ll find a picture of the stunning Grinnell Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana, US. Once you’ve caught your breath from taking in the view, cast your eyes to see if you can spot a moose. Think you can do it? Ready, steady, go!

While looking, bear in mind that moose is the world’s tallest, largest, and heaviest extant species of deer. It is also the second-largest, land animal in North America, falling short only of the American bison in body mass. They’re huge, with some males, or bucks, weighing up to 700kg.

The image was shared on Reddit and quickly attracted several comments from people who were stunned by the image. Of course, there was the odd person who managed to spot the moose but it seems only the most sharp-sighted can. So set a timer to see how long it takes you to find the elk. But here’s your warning — it’s pretty tough.

One user penned: “I don’t even care where the moose is. I just want to be here, in this pic, in this moment. The place is so beautiful. Photos don’t even do it justice.” Someone else agreed, adding: “Beat me to it. I mean, who cares if there is a moose?”

Found it? Clever you! If not, the poster shared where the moose was resting. They wrote: “Right in the bottom right of the lake. The moose is drinking from the glacier lake.” Someone else added: “Wild! I knew right where to look because I saw a moose in that exact spot when I visited 2 years ago. Glacier is amazing, great pic!”
