YouTuber Yung Filly, real name Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is accused of sexual penetration without consent and assaulting a woman at his Perth hotel on September 28

A clip of Yung Filly attempting to kiss a woman has resurfaced following his rape charge.

The YouTuber, whose real name Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has been charged with rape and assault of a woman in her 20s in Australia. He was arrested in Brisbane on October 8 and is required to regularly report to police as one of his bail conditions as he awaits a further court hearing on the alleged assault.

Filly is accused of sexual penetration without consent of a woman in her 20s at his Perth hotel on September 28 after his performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys on the evening of September 27. A resurfaced clip shows Filly taking part in a date with an unidentified woman.

The 28-year-old leaned across the table towards to woman as he said: “Great f*****g teeth, goodness me, leave it with a little kiss as well.” She pulled away from his advance in the video from five years ago, to which Filly responded: “So now what you just feel sour now that I’m letting you go?” The woman said: “I’m not kissing in a chicken shop.”

Filly replied: “Did you think I was gonna kiss you on the lips?!” She said: “Yeah, you just come at me like this [holding a hand up to her face].” Filly said: “Oh don’t make it up,” before he shouted out to the crew and his friends: “Next one, next one.”

Last week, Filly was escorted by two officials through an airport while in handcuffs. He was transported to Perth to face a hearing. He was charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault, and one count of impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.

He appeared at Perth Magistrates Court Thursday, where his application for bail was adjourned until later in the day. ABC Australia reports that the British entertainment personality is being defended by Perth barrister Seamus Rafferty SC. According to the publication, Rafferty said of Filly’s bail: “This has already made headlines. Given the nature of social media, the nature of people jumping on bandwagons, given the nature of (the) power imbalance between the parties.”

Filly was granted bail under tight conditions set by Magistrate Tanya Watt, which included no contact with the alleged victim and social media silence regarding the case. His bail also requires him to stay in Western Australia while checking in daily with the police as well as post a £50,000 cash surety. On Saturday, Filly dodged reporters’ questions as he barrelled into a police station in Perth, Western Australia.
