David and Victoria Beckham were joined by Romeo’s siblings Cruz and Harper to celebrate his birthday but his Brooklyn was noticeably missing from another family occasion

Romeo Beckham’s family stepped out to celebrate his 23rd birthday with a swanky London party last night – with his brother Brooklyn noticeably missing amid the bitter family feud.

Romeo, who turned 23 on September 1, had already celebrated with his family in a low-key fashion earlier this week as the clan enjoyed an Italian family getaway. But, last night David, Victoria, Cruz and Harper got their glad rags on to celebrate Romeo once again – this time with a private family bash at a swanky London restaurant.

Trendy Japanese eatery Aki in Marylebone was taken over for the VIP family affair, which saw guests partying until 2am as they were entertained by a DJ.

While most of Romeo’s family stepped out to celebrate the model and footballer’s birthday, one face was noticeably missing; Brooklyn Beckham.

Not only did Brooklyn not appear at his brother’s birthday celebrations but he also failed to send him a happy birthday message on social media – while Brooklyn was omitted from posts to Romeo by David and Victoria, as the couple usually feature all their children in birthday messages to their brood.

Brooklyn and wife Nicola’s feud with the Beckhams has been well documented since earlier this year – as rumours started to swirl after fans noticed Brooklyn failed to show up at family events and acknowledge milestones such as his parents’ birthdays and his dad David’s long-awaited knighthood.

Tensions between the brothers came to a boiling point as it was reported Brooklyn had unfollowed his brothers on social media in July. But a source close to Brooklyn later told claimed Brooklyn and Nicola did not unfollow the brothers and had “no idea” about it until he read about it online, while it was suggested Romeo and Cruz may have ‘blocked’ Brooklyn and Nicola in a ‘gen-z declaration of war’.

Romeo later sent a cryptic message on social media, appearing to be in reference to the feud with his brother.

Romeo posted a screenshot of his Spotify, showing he was listening to a song entitled Walking Away, from Justin Bieber’s new surprise album, titled Swag.

As he shared the screengrab he wrote: “Yup” in a one word response to the social media showdown.
