TK Maxx shoppers were amazed to find the collectible ornaments, with some items on the website over £700 cheaper than the retail price
TK Maxx is selling Bearbrick ornaments discounted by more than £700 when compared to the RRP. For those unfamilar with the bear-shaped ornaments, the collectible bears are designed by Japanese label MediCom Toy.
Some describe the bears as toys and some descibe them as art. Either way, as Sotheby’s puts it, Bearbricks has created ‘some of the most sought-after—and most valuable—toys of all time.’ With a long list of prestigious collabroations with fashion, music, and design stars, they’re beloved by celebrities and collectors alike.
Selfridges stocks a range of the figures, with prices between £190-£800 on the luxury department store’s website. Much to the surprise of shoppers, TK Maxx currently stocks the bears too, and some have reported finding the collectibles in store.

For instance, Fenlon Interiors (@fenloninteriors_), recently found a Peanuts Bearbrick while shopping in TK Maxx’s Homesense. It cost £49.99, which the shopper praised as a ‘bargain’. The finding amazed viewers on social media, with one commenter replying: “I LOVE this.”
A second praised: “It’s not my vibe, but would be an amazing gift for someone!!” and someone else shared: “I never knew what bearbricks were I thought they was Lego I went to buy my little brother one once and almost choked when he said the price.”
Meanwhile, TK Maxx is currently selling two different Bearbrick ornaments online as part of its gold-label range. Both bears are blue in colour, but they differ in design and price.
First, there’s the Multicolour Stash Toy Bear Ornament available for £349.99 with a RRP of £1,269, according to TK Maxx. As such, shoppers save over £900. Then there’s a Black Knight Bear Ornament 70x28cm reportedly down from £1,075 to £299.99, giving shoppers a saving of more than £700.
However, both products low in stock meaning customers might need to be quick if they’re keen to buy the products. Alternatively, it’s worth checking your local store.
