The Celebrity Traitors’ Cat Burns has decided to postpone her upcoming UK tour after an ‘intense period’ and build up that she didn’t anticipate, sharing the news on The One Show
Cat Burns, the stand-out star of The Celebrity Traitors, has had to postpone her upcoming UK tour because of mental health concerns that arose after an “intense period” leading up to the string of concerts. The singer, who has become a firm fan favourite on the Celebrity Traitors, explained that she had to postpone her tour and, though it was a difficult decision, it was one she had to make.
Taking to social media, she shared that the “album and tour mean the world to me” but touring is “incredibly demanding mentally and physically” so she had to avoid doing so for the sake of her “wellbeing”.

On her Instagram Stories, she shared a message: “Hi! This album and tour mean the world to me. It’s been a massive journey getting ready to share How To Be Human with you.
“I can’t believe it’s nearly here!! But unfortunately, the build-up has been a lot more intense than any of us expected so, myself and my team have made the difficult decision to move the How To Be Human Tour to April 2026.
“Touring is incredibly demanding mentally and physically, and I want to make sure I’m taking care of my wellbeing so I’m in the right headspace to give you the show you deserve. When I step on stage, I really want to fell my best and give you a night that feels worth every moment of waiting.”
She added that all tickets for the postponed shows would remain valid for the new April dates, except for Wolverhampton, which they were unable to reschedule. Refunds for those ticket will be made available.
However, not all gigs have been postponed, as Cat shared that the small record store shows would still be going ahead. She finished her statement by thanking her fans or their patience.
“Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding through this!” she said. “These decisions are never easy and I don’t take your support for granted!”
On The One Show, she added that it was an “intense period” leading up to the shows and she needed to postpone them for her mental health. Cat has been very open about the fact that she has both autism and ADHD that can make social situations difficult for her. She’s opened up about that on the Celebrity Traitors.
Her second album, How To Be Human, will be released at midnight. By that time, audiences will know if Cat has made it to the finale of The Celebrity Traitors.
