David Beckham took to Instagram to showcase his father-daughter day out with Harper Seven as the two attended a star-studded basketball game and bumped into a famous rapper
David and Harper Beckham enjoyed a father and daughter day out this week, as they attended a basketball game at the Kaseya Center in Miami on Thursday. The duo sat down to watch Miami Heat take on the Indiana Pacers, and met some celebrity friends along the way.
Taking to Instagram, the father of four posted an adorable picture with his daughter Harper, as she leant her head on his shoulder. Both opted to keep their look casual with white T-Shirts, and 13-year-old Harper’s had a picture of boxer Manny Pacquiao. She then added a pink handbag to accessorise. Elsewhere in the Instagram post, the two posed with rapper Central Cee who was also attending the game.
In the caption, David penned: “Fun night at the Heat last night , I’m not sure if Harper was more excited to see Jimmy @jimmybutler or Central Cee @centralcee thanks for the pictures , but we had so much fun as always.” Central Cee commented on the picture, as he wrote: “Family 1st”.
“She’s adorable and starting to look a lot like her mom,” wrote one fan as another joked: “Oh no – she’s going to love a bad boy”.
Earlier this week, the former Manchester United star took to Instagram to share his thoughts on an “unforgettable year” in 2024, opening up for the first time since he was overlooked for a knighthood once more.
The star was New Year’s honours list again, seven years after his notorious criticism of the committee in a leaked email, but David didn’t let it dampen his spirits. The star shared a heartfelt message with some adorable family photos to round off the year including a snap of him and wife Victoria Beckham sharing a kiss.
“Happy New Year from myself, my wife and my amazing kids… Thank you for an unforgettable year and I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2025. Love David x,” he wrote. “Love u so much. X,” Victoria responded. Elsewhere, David also included pictures of his children and dogs.
“They are probably the most attractive family in the world. Such a beautiful family,” gushed one fan, as another wrote: “Happy New Year to you and your family!”
Victoria also shared her own post, posting a video of her and David dancing, gushing: “My number one dancing partner, my everything. I love you so so much @davidbeckham.”
She then posted another picture with her husband, which she captioned: “Dream big…. Then dream even bigger in 2025,” as she concluded: “kisses from us both xxx.”
