Donald Trump has reportedly spent a total of $160,000 on hair transplants and $80,000 on veneers, while his wife Melania is believed to have had a nose job and Botox injections

Donald Trump has reportedly splurged a handsome amount on cosmetic enhancements, with the total family spend nearing an eye-popping $1 million over time. Speaking to MailOnline, celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Gary Motykie suggests the former President, often praised by backers for his robust leadership style, has invested heavily in combatting hair loss.

He estimates that Trump has forked out roughly $160,000 on hair transplants, indicating signs of repeated hair surgeries, including hairline advancement and flap technique operations. This conjecture echoes claims from Trump’s late ex-wife Ivana, who alleged he had scalp reduction surgery to improve his hairline and underwent liposuction on his chin and waist.

With concerns already mounting over Donald Trump’s health following odd ‘genitalia’ references during a rally and showing ‘wariness’ when speaking about Melania post a birthday blunder, Dr Motykie calculates Trump’s spend on hair solutions at about $80,000, plus potentially another $80,000 on veneers to enhance his smile.

Melania Trump seems to have spent less on cosmetic procedures than her husband, according to the doctor. Although she has not undergone significant surgery, she maintains her youthful looks, possibly with a rhinoplasty, cheek and lip fillers, and Botox injections as reported by the Irish Star.

Despite this, Melania told GQ she opposes using Botox and fillers, expressing her desire to “age gracefully”, reports the Irish Star.

Dr Motykie estimates she’s splashed out between $45,000 to $50,000 on enhancing her appearance.
