The Chase star Bradley Walsh lives in an incredible £2.5million mansion in Essex with his wife Donna Derby and their son Barney – and he’s occasionally given fans a glimpse inside

When he’s not on our screens presenting The Chase, Bradley Walsh can be found at his luxury £2.5 million barn conversion in Epping, Essex, where he lives with his wife, Donna Derby and their son Barney.

Their stunning abode boasts five bedrooms, along with a sauna, gym, and an inviting outdoor swimming pool. Bradley is usually quite private on social media regarding his home life, but fans have occasionally had the chance to peer inside thanks to his television cameos over the years.

In one memorable appearance on This Morning with son Barney, viewers got to see inside their ‘man cave’ shed, where a poster for ‘Tonight at the London Palladium’, which Bradley hosted, and a drum kit were spotted. During another interview, the backdrop revealed stunning exposed wooden beams, adding to the home’s chic rustic charm, reports OK!.

There was also that moment when Bradley joined ex-This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby for his 60th birthday celebrations; broadcasting live from his study with its pristine white walls and trio of wooden doors leading to other parts of the expansive house. Against the wall behind him was set a pine bookshelf lined with framed pictures and various knick-knacks.

Coming from very humble beginnings, Bradley has often recounted his early days living in a council house in Watford, telling The Telegraph: “I was born in Watford, and grew up in a council house.” He added, “My mother was a single parent, who had to struggle hard to make ends meet. At one point she was holding down three different jobs. It was a happy childhood, but we certainly didn’t have a great deal of money.”

From these modest roots, Bradley has risen to become one of the UK’s top television hosts, boasting an estimated fortune of £6.45million, out-earning stars like Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, along with Dermot O’Leary.

He’s been married to his wife, a former dancer and choreographer Donna, since 1997, and the couple are regulars on the red carpet scene. Bradley also has a 43-year-old daughter, Hayley Walsh, from a previous relationship.

Before his television career took off, Bradley had a stint as a professional footballer. His first TV gig came in 1994 when he presented the National Lottery on BBC One. This led to a series of game show hosting roles, including ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ in 1997. These days, he’s best known for presenting the hit quiz show ‘The Chase’. Besides his presenting work, Bradley is also a talented actor, having starred in popular shows like Coronation Street and Doctor Who.
