Kanye West has taken to his Instagram Stories to share a new photo of himself after his former assistant made accusations against him

Kanye West has broken his silence with a new post after his former assistant made a string of allegations against him.

His ex assistant Lauren Pisciotta first sued West, 47, in June for allegedly sexually harassing and stalking her while she worked for him. His rep released a response to the initial lawsuit and called them ‘baseless allegations’. The influencer and former OnlyFans star worked for the rapper from 2021 to 2022. A recent lawsuit showed she made dozens of claims against the musician, including a claim that he raped her at a party that P Diddy was at.

She has claimed that he kept trying to have sex with her again despite her refusing. She claimed it was the worst incident in a number of extreme sexual harassment, including sick fantasies, vile texts and groping. In the lawsuit, it was said West and his crew were staying in San Francisco while working on his Donda album in July 2021.

After the allegations emerged, West broke his silence with a picture of himself standing in front of a white wall. In the picture, he sported baggy black pants and an oversized distressed grey hoodie. He wore a black sweatshirt over it. The rapper pulled his hood up and covered half his face with the sweatshirt.

In the lawsuit against West, Pisciotta said she was staying at the St Regis Hotel when he ‘tried to rape her a second time’. According to the former assistant, he knocked on her bedroom door at six am and barged past her when she finally opened it. He allegedly told her he needed to shower in her room as his shower ‘was out of order’ but a couple of minutes after running the water, he emerged into the bedroom wearing nothing except for a towel clutched at his waist.

The lawsuit, which has been seen by the Daily Mail, claimed he dropped the towel before pushing her onto the bed and climbing on top of her. It said: “Ye then stepped onto the bed and stood tall, straddling himself over [Pisciotta’s] body and looking down on her [Pisciotta], in a shocked state, somewhat braced herself for what might happen next.”

It was alleged that he braced himself by reaching for the wall behind the headboard and he leaned closer to her before he ‘attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into her face’. It was claimed she tried to move her body to get up and pleaded with him to stop what he was doing.

However, she claimed he moved his hand from the wall, “forcing her to stay in place”. He allegedly ignored her pleas for him to stop at first but she “stated over and over again to West that ‘I don’t want to do this, I don’t want to do this.'” A few minutes later, he allegedly started getting ‘annoyed and tired’ by her ‘objections to him thrusting his penis into her face and closed mouth’ and got off the bed before apologising and telling her it wouldn’t happen again.

The lawsuit claimed he then gathered his clothing and left the hotel room.
