Khloe Kardashian is candid about her diet and fitness regimen, detailing the daily meals she consumes to maintain her renowned ‘revenge body.’

When it comes to the Kardashian-Jenner clan, everyone is keen to know what they’re up to and the latest trends they’re following.

The Kardashian sister trio – Khloe, Kim and Kourtney – have been known for their famous salads with many also keen to follow their diet. The sisters are often seen shaking salads on their show – and people are so obsessed that the ‘salad shake’ has gone viral on TikTok.

But that’s not all they’re obsessed with. As well as their work out routines to stay in shape and have the so-called perfect body, the sister are often careful about what they eat, ensuing they are not consuming too much sugar and fat, but also enjoying both when they want without feeling guilty.

One sister is often praised for her body and how she takes care of it, with Khloe showing off her famous ‘revenge body’ following her break up with former professional basketball player, Lamar Odom. So as the reality star turns 40, here’s what we know about what she eats to stay in shape whilst still enjoying her much-loved foods. After all, everything in moderation, right?

After kick starting her day as early as 5.30am and doing a workout before the kids wake up, she makes breakfast which consists of a protein shake with almond butter. She will also have a piece of fruit.

For lunch, it’s of course a salad. And to be specific, a Chinese chicken salad. To mix her diet up, she has fish and vegetables for dinner with a special cauliflower mash which she makes.

Of course like many of us, Khloe likes to snack. When she’s in the mood for a bite to eat in between meals, she tries to opt for healthy options which will fill her up and provide her body with nutrients.

She often will be seen having homemade hummus, veggies and water (sometimes infused with fruit) – something she drinks a lot throughout the day. All of this in a day provides her with what she needs for energy – crucial for her work outs and looking after her kids. And to end the night, she has a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yogurt.

According to people.com, in her book Strong Looks Better Naked, she says: “I think most diets are torture, which is why I don’t believe in them. But, as is true with exercise, when you make a change and feel the benefits, you want to stick with it. And you know what else? If I want a piece of cake one night, I’ll have my piece of cake!”
