LookFantastic’s impressive beauty egg is back for 2025. Filled with seven products, five of which are full-sized, the Easter treat includes big name brands and is worth over £205

LookFantastic has brought back their highly coveted beauty egg for 2025 , giving makeup and skincare fans the chance to save £145 on premium brands and products. The haul, back for its ninth year, is packed with a selection of luxurious beauty must-haves to elevate your Easter gifting.

The limited-edition beauty egg features a stellar lineup of beauty icons. Inside, customers will find seven products, including five full-sized from brands most loved, including Sol de Janeiro, ICONIC LONDON, and Anastasia Beverly Hills.

Priced at £60 , it’s the same price as it was in 2023 and 2024, with a very similar value, having ranged between £200 and £206. This year, it’s valued at ‘more than £205’ – by our calculations, it’s £205.50.

Standout products include haircare hero, Color Wow Money Mist, worth £29.50, skincare favourite, Medik8 Vitamin C Tetra Serum, worth £39, and fan-favourite Elemis Pro-Collagen Night Cream, which would usually set shoppers back £43.

Here’s what’s inside:

  • Elemis Pro-Collagen Night Cream | Deluxe Size | Worth £43.00

  • Medik8 Vitamin C Tetra Serum | Full Size | Worth £39.00

  • Color Wow Money Mist | Full Size | Worth £29.50

  • Rodial Original Lip Oil with Collagen | Full Size | Worth £29.00

  • Iconic London Lucious Glow Baked Highlighter | Full Size | Worth £28.00

  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Sculpt Mascara | Full Size | Worth £27.00

  • Sol de Janeiro Delícia DrenchTM Body Butter | Deluxe Size | Worth £10

Over the years, the LookFantastic egg has earned an overall rating of 4.87 stars. While there aren’t many reviews from this year’s offering just yet, one shopper who got early access said: “Great value and filled with great products! Very happy with this years one,” while another added: “So excited for the egg! Looks so good and such good value for what you get inside.”

But one customer, called Ali, gave this year’s offering four stars, having been disappointed by some repetition from previous years, and the size of some of the products – though she praised the speed of delivery. She said: “Yearly purchase and look forward to this egg year after year. Ordered at midnight on March 7, dispatched by 2am and received by 14:30pm – only 14.5hrs later. Never have I ever received something I’ve purchased so quickly – amazing.”

But speaking on the egg itself, she said: “I must admit it’s probably my least favourite in recent years.” The shopper explained that the Sol de Janeiro cream is the same as one featured in last years’ edit, and they would have liked to try something else from the brand, commenting: “I think of all the products they could have chosen this year, it’s a shame they decided to use the same product from last year. This was disappointing, as Sol de Janeiro has so many other amazing products to choose from.”

That said, this would only be an issue for shoppers who repeatedly purchase beauty boxes, as similar products can crop up. But if it’s a customer’s first time buying a beauty egg, repetition shouldn’t be an issue.

Much like advent calendars at Christmas, Easter has also seen a huge rise in beauty lovers ditching chocolate in favour of eggs filled with makeup and skincare treats, so LookFantastic aren’t the only brand to have launched a spring-themed edit.

Glossybox’s Easter Egg for 2025 is worth £198 and priced at £45, so is a great option for those on a tighter budget, being £15 cheaper than LookFantastic, without compromising too much on the overall value. The haul includes popular brands like Iconic London, Rodial, e.l.f and more. Of the nine products in the edit, six are full sized, and some of the products are worth more than the price you pay for the box itself. The Rodial Soft Focus Glow Drops – a skincare- makeup hybrid for achieving a brighter, more radiant complexion – is worth £75 alone , surpassing the price you pay for the edit by £30.

Meanwhile, Rituals have already launched their own take on the trend with their £37.50 offerings. And though nothing has been confirmed, Boots have launched similar limited edition Easter-themed edits in recent years too, so we could expect to see something fun from the health and beauty retailer, too.
