A haircut can completely transform a person’s appearance, but one man really took it up a notch when he sat in the barber’s chair. He told the stylist he was trimming his locks for his six-year anniversary

Opting for a new hairstyle can boost your self-esteem and really turn heads when you’re out in public. Now one man who was in the chair ready to trim his locks was sprucing his image up to celebrate a six-year anniversary with his girlfriend.
TikTok user @nguyensteadycutting, known as Richmond Barber with 1.4million followers, recently welcomed the man and got to work on altering his appearance just in time for the adorable milestone. And it’s safe to say, he didn’t disappoint.
In the video, the customer says: “Actually today is mine and my girlfriend’s six-year anniversary,” to which the barber kindly replies: “Well congratulations man, six years?” The client tells him it’s “been four hours” and he doesn’t have “barbers in his area”.
The customer travelled from West Virginia, to Richmond, US, where he left his hair in the hands of the experienced stylist. He tells him: “Honestly I’ll just leave it up to you bro. I’ve never really had my hair cut really well.
“Like I’ve just had super cuts you know like generic basic stuff. Honestly I’m going to leave it up to you and just do your thing man.” Then seconds later after the brief conversation, the barber gets to work and unveils his amazing transformation.
Speaking about the grim, the barber asks: “How do you feel? Little nervous?” Then the customer responds: “Yeah, a little bit. I’ll be honest, I’m a little nervous.” But realistically, there was nothing to be nervous about since the haircut was a mega success.
“You can look at the mirror,” the barber says. “Let me know what you think of the haircut? My boy is turning into a whole different person.” The customer adds: “Yeah that’s crazy, but I appreciate it.” And it seems he’s not the only one to appreciate it either.
The video quickly racked up 3.5million likes and 12,400 comments since it was posted. One said: “He looks very good.” While another added: “This cut alone is an anniversary present to her.” While a third admitted: “She’s going to fall in love again.”
A fourth person commented: “That’s a completely different person.” While a fifth cheekily remarked: “You know he’s getting it tonight…”
