Primark has launched buttery soft gym sets in the ‘colour of the season’, and shoppers couldn’t be more excited. With a range of products on offer, including Buttery Soft High Waist Yoga Shorts for £8, a Buttery Soft Gym T-Shirt for £9, and Buttery Soft Gym Leggings for £11, customers can mix and match to their heart’s content.
The T-shirts and leggings come in various colours, including black and charcoal. But it’s the burgundy sets that went viral on social media, with fans rushing to stores to pick up the popular combo.
Showing off the new line on TikTok, Primark lover @Chris_fairley shared: “They’ve finally arrived. Burgundy butter gym sets.” Chris spotted the sets in a Primark in Liverpool, but customers can check availability in their local store using the brand’s online tool.

The leggings are available in sizes XXS-XL in burgundy, taupe, chocolate, charcoal, and black. The T-shirts are available in ecru, burgundy, taupe, chocolate, charcoal, or black in sizes XXS-XL, and the yoga shorts are available in burgundy or black in XXS-XL.
Fitness fans can expect the sets to be very popular based on the reaction to Chris’ video, which received 70,000 likes and counting. An excited viewer commented: “Omg love these.” Someone praised: “Burgundy is a lifestyle.” Another thought: “My colour always and so comfy as well.”
