Samsung fans can get a much cheaper deal on the art-like TV deal
TVs are a staple piece of tech for many and if you’re a household with one in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom matching the look of your gogglebox with home interior may be an important desire for you. This is where Samsung The Frame TV proves popular for style-loving homeowners and we’ve found a deal that cuts hundreds off the price.
Very has added the 55-inch The Frame TV model to the top of its Black Friday deals, and cut a huge £400 off the price in the process. This Samsung model is well known for its high-quality and art-like qualities and because of this often comes with a more than £1,000 price tag, until now.
Originally £1,299 the 55-inch The Frame TV can now be bought for a cheaper £899 (although still a lot). And shoppers are snapping it up fast as more than 100 have added it to their online basket since the deal went live, in which Very says it’s “selling fast”.

It won’t be around for long though, as Very posts a discreet “deal ends November 13” warning under the deal that shoppers only have a day left to bag this cheaper deal.
If you’ve never heard of Samsung’s The Frame TVs before this model does exactly as its name suggests, when not in use watching your favourite shows, films, and playing music it transforms into a gallery-like print display. We’ve previously raved about it on the Mirror Tech team: “You can add everything from Van Gough’s Starry Night to your favourite family photos, and in a click of a button its QLED 4K HDR TV screen will appear.”
As well as its favoured art capabilities The Frame TV comes with Dolby Atmos – to help boost the sound quality – and a quality matte finish. The TV that looks “like a picture frame” has a slim frame and can be fitted to a customisable bezel into your home…although this is a separate purchase.
The matte display also helps absorbs reflections too helping reduce any glares and it has a refresh rate of 20Hz. And it’s hidden Quantum Dot Technology means viewers will get vivid colours when watching their favourite binge-wrothy series. While we point out the deal it is worth noting some issues users have reported with the device.
As one shopper said: “The Frame looks great, and in principle should work flawlessly, however it’s let down by slow, low powered, technology.” It’s one of the biggest discounts we’ve spotted on the Samsung device so far, but it’s no the only deal around. Alternatively shoppers may want to look at the Amazon Hisense TV offer which is reduced from £629 to £549.
