Savvy savers can enjoy seeing the world for less in the TUI sale

If you’re looking for some adventure in 2025 or you’re just fed up with the British weather, booking a holiday to soak up some sun and have something to look forward to might be high on your priorities. Jetting off abroad can easily set avid travellers back thousands, especially if the destination is exotic or all-inclusive.

TUI has launched a range of deals, meaning shoppers can save on their next vacation. Shoppers can save up to £300 per booking at TUI, with £100 savings applied to each £1,000 spent using a little-known discount code.

The codes can be accessed in your My TUI account, with discounts valid on package holidays setting off between May 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026, excluding trips to Lapland. To benefit from the saving, bookings must be made before March 3, 2025 – full T&Cs of the deals can be found here.

It’s worth noting the discount is applied before any extras, such as insurance, room upgrades, flight seats and the like, and there must be at least two people on the booking. There are tonnes of options to choose from, but let’s take a look at a couple of highlights.

Visit Disney’s All-Star Music Resort package in Orlando, Florida, starting from £1,196.98pp. Along with easy access to Disney’s world-renowned Florida resort, this package includes a stay at their music-themed hotel complete with instrument-shaped pools, a hall of fame in the lobby, and five themed areas covering jazz, country, calypso, Broadway, and rock ‘n’ roll.

If Disney is not the type of escape you’re looking for, Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal resort in Mexico, situated on the Caribbean coast and starting from £1335.55pp might take your fancy instead. This is the ideal location for anyone interested in water sports, sunbathing and spa treatments.

It’s set in a large complex, with buggies available to zip you between amenities. There are eight bars, three pool, seven restaurants, 11 outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and spa, with snorkel-friendly shorelines to explore near the hotel. Along with all of that, there’s a casino too.

If you’ve not booked with TUI before, you can rest assured that it’s a very well-respected brand. At TrustPilot, TUI has a massive 4.5 out of 5 average garnered across over 115,000 customer reviews. “Booking online is a very easy experience,” said one five-star review. “Choices for hotel, room type and board options are good. The choice of flights from different airports is good. It’s easy to book specific seats on plane and excellent that 20kg hold case is included in price together with carry on bag allowance.”

“I’ve never had an issue with TUI,” said another. “Their service has always been above other travel companies. We’ve had issues with other companies, but not had one problem with TUI, so we shall continue to give them our custom.”

Some customers have mentioned shortfalls where loyalty programmes are concerned. “Been travelling with TUI for over 30 years and there is never any reward for loyalty,” said a three-star review. “No free flights or room upgrades like other agents do for loyal customers. Flown with BA a handful of times and upgraded to Business Class on two occasions. TUI need to start rewarding their loyal customers via some card scheme.”

However, another customer said: “I received a call shortly after viewing a holiday online. Feeling overwhelmed by locking in a deal solo, the phone call gave me the confidence to book. No pressure and friendly service with general tips and advice re parking and insurance.”

Other travel agents have New Year deals on too, with £100pp to be saved on a range of package deals on Jet2holidays. Early bird deals for summer 2025 are also available at Thomas Cook from just £159pp. But for £100 off each £1,000 spent on package holidays at TUI, book before March 3, if you’ve got somewhere exotic in mind in 2025.
