A former publicist of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs claimed the mogul wanted to invite Prince William and Prince Harry to his parties on many occasions

Rob Shuter, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former publicist, has claimed the music mogul was obsessed with Prince William and Prince Harry.

The disgraced 54-year-old music mogul has been locked up at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) since he was arrested in September. He faces federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He “categorically denies” the allegations, a spokesperson for Diddy has said.

Since his arrest, many civil lawsuits have been filed against the Last Night rapper. Diddy’s former publicist, Rob Shuter, appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored and claimed the star invited the royal brothers to his parties on around 10 occasions. Piers said the two had a “lucky escape” turning down the invites.

Rob, who worked for Diddy two decades ago, admitted he thought Diddy was a “phoney” at the time as the star was “in reality he was the first to go to bed” after his now infamous parties. Speaking to Piers, he said: “He used to ask me all the time, because I’m British, he thought that I knew them. I did not…

“Each day he would text me or call me wanting to know what was going on with the princes. He asked me on more than ten occasions if I could get an invite to the palace. I tried to try to get them to one, two, to three of his parties, they never did turn up.” The Mirror have reached out to the reps of Prince Harry and Prince William for comment.

He also claimed: “In fact, I thought Puffy was a phoney. I thought he pretended to be like a gangster, pretended to be tough, where in reality he was the first to go to bed. After these parties, he would throw, he would be the first call I would get in the morning maybe 6am, figuring out what can we leak to Page Six, what can we leak to the entertainment shows. And so all I saw was this working machine, 24/7.”

Meanwhile, a judge recently denied the rapper’s request for bail for a third time and ordered him to remain in custody until May 5, when his trial is due to start. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges filed against him and his legal team have filed an appeal to get him released on bail ahead of his upcoming trial, which is expected to take place next May.

The indictment centres around Diddy’s alleged “freak offs” parties, which prosecutors claim were sex parties organised by the rapper. It has been alleged that women were coerced into joining in the “freak offs.”
