A medical expert recently revealed a must-try recipe for those yearning for gorgeous tresses and sturdy nails. It appears that incorporating a rather straightforward meal into your diet could be a game-changer.

TikTok’s health guru Doctor Shireen, known as @doctorshireen, usually dishes out health tips but has now shared a beauty hack that promises glowing skin and silky hair. Bone broth is said to work wonders.

For parents eager to up their kids’ protein game, Doctor Shireen also suggests sneaking some broth into their meals for an undetectable health kick.

To whip up this magical concoction, she begins by chopping a heap of celery and two onions of medium size. She then tosses in two or three sliced carrots.

Doctor Shireen follows this by adding bones, which she assures can be easily sourced from your local butcher. Her’s actually provides them for free.

After a quick cleanse with boiling water, she combines the bones and veggies in a pot, drowning them in more boiling water before letting it simmer on the hob for a good three to four hours.

Once it’s done, she strains the mix, separating the rich broth, which she claims will “smell and taste divine”. “I either just have it with a spoon or I dip some bread into it. It’s just so good,” she added.

The clip has secured hundreds of views since going live, and several people commented. Eager viewers have been bombarding the post with questions about perfecting the coveted broth.
