Keke Jabbar, who appeared on the hit US reality show, Love and Marriage: Huntsville, has died at the age of 42, with her family and friends issuing a statement
Keke Jabbar, a breakout star from Love and Marriage: Huntsville, has tragically died at the age of 42.
The sad news was announced by blogger Marcella Speaks during a YouTube live stream on Tuesday, where she read out a statement from Keke’s family. According to the family’s statement, Keke passed away “peacefully at home surrounded in love,”.
“It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Keke,” Marcella read from the family’s statement. “She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love. She was a mom, a sister, and a great friend full of life, love and laughter. She will be sorely missed and at this time, we are asking for respect and privacy in our moment of grief while we process this great loss. The Jabbar Family and the Scott Family”.

Keke’s cousin LaTisha Scott and Love and Marriage: Huntsville co-star Latish Scott took to social media on Tuesday to address Keke’s passing.
“At this time we are asking for RESPECT, and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss! This is hard for our family! ! ! ! ! ,” LaTisha wrote.
Keke wasn’t very active on social media before her death as she hadn’t posted for several weeks. Her most recent posts were dated at the end of May.
During Keke’s stint on the popular OWN series, she garnered a legion of fans who took to social media to express their sorrow. One heartbroken fan posted: “Life sure comes at you fast. This beautiful young lady gained her wings today. Prayers for the family,” adding the hashtags “Gone Too Soon #LAMH #KeKeJabar”.
Another shared their grief, saying: “Stunned and saddened by the news! Rip Keke Jabbar! Your passing is a tremendous loss. May your memory be a blessing and your soul find eternal peace. #RIPKeke #LAMH.”
The cause of Keke’s death has yet to be disclosed.
