Mystery surrounds the death of OnlyFans model Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, who plunged to her death, but shocking new revelations have now emerged

Bombshell new revelations have emerged in the investigation into the mysterious death of an adult content creator who tragically died “as she was filming a threesome”.

Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, known online as Anna Polly, was found lifeless in a courtyard at an aparthotel in Nova Iguacu, Brazil, last Thursday.

The 27-year-old OnlyFans model is believed to have fallen as she was filming X-rated scenes with the two men for the adult content site.

Today, investigators released details from the police interviews with the two men, plus another man believed to have been working as a videographer for the influencer, who was in the hotel room at the time of the tragedy.

The men, who investigators have confirmed are friends of the influencer, claimed they had all consumed drugs and alcohol, along with Anna, in the hours before her death.

They also claimed the OnlyFans model had arrived at the hotel that morning already in a “very altered state”. Shortly before her death, the group left the hotel, returning 40 minutes before Anna fell from the 8th-floor balcony.

Analysis of the hotel’s CCTV and interviews with others living nearby also shed more light on the group’s movements on the day she died.

Neighbours of the four-star Mont Blanc Apart Hotel remembered the group shouting and laughing loudly as they returned. The woman’s body was found later that afternoon by a hotel worker.

Police from the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Squad (DHBF) investigating the mysterious death have described the ongoing probe as “complex” and say they are keeping an open mind on the cause.

Results of a post-mortem report carried out before the woman’s funeral on Saturday to find out if she had consumed drugs and any evidence she had been physically attacked have not yet been made public.

But people close to her told Brazilian columnist Fabia Oliveira that she was being “pressured” on the internet by subscribers and fans to produce more “daring” content.

They also said she was “constantly harassed” by fans, a claim which has led police to investigate whether any of her followers were involved in her tragic death.

However, it is believed that investigators’ main hypothesis is that the tragedy was an accident, although they are not ruling out the possibility of charing the men with omission.

Meanwhile, in another tragic mystery, it emerged that just Anna Polly’s sister, Isabelle Pereira, also died two days later, according to Brazil’s Band TV, but the cause of her death was not revealed.

Friends and fans of Anna Polly, who was buried on Saturday, have expressed their shock and sadness at her death. One friend posted: “She was full of plans, she wanted to expand her reach of social media and was always speaking with enthusiasm about her future projects. This has caught us all by surprise.”

And her boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, posted his own heartbreaking homage, writing: “This is so difficult without you, with each passing hours the penny is dropping and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.”

In an interview with Brazil’s Quem magazine, he said: “If anyone is to blame, they will pay and the culprit will appear. She died at the moment of impact, she didn’t have any chance to save herself.”

He added: “All the information about the case is in the hands of the police, and they are investigating.”

In a statement, Rio de Janeiro’s civil police said: “The investigation is ongoing. Those involved and witnesses are giving statements, and officers are taking other steps to investigate the circumstances of this death.”
