**WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT** Lil Pump fans have shared their concern after UFC star Colby Covington appeared to choke Lil Pump out after the pair were seen engaging in what appeared to be a play fight

Lil Pump passed out while on a livestream, leaving fans concerned.

The American rapper was seen in the video with former UFC interim welterweight champion, Colby Covington as he appeared breathless. During the video which Lil Pump shared from his Kick stream, the former UFC star appeared to be choking the 24-year-old. Covington, 36, hasn’t competed in the Octagon since December last year after he lost to the former champion, Leon Edwards.

In the footage which has been viewed over 20.9 million times, the pair were seen wrestling on the floor as Covington wrapped his arm around Pump’s neck. Throughout the clip, the Multi-Millionaire hitmaker could be seen struggling and grimacing as his eyes rolled to the back of his head while he tapped the mat, signalling for Covington to stop.

One shot showed the rapper who rose to fame through Soundcloud attempting to remove Covington’s arms from around his neck, with the former champion going on to squeeze harder as he wrapped his leg around Pump’s hip. Shortly after, Pump’s body appeared to be limp as a man was overheard saying: “He’s out, he’s out.”

Seconds after hearing this, Covington releases his grip and jumps up while pointing at Pump. “He’s out, look at his eyes, holy,” said a man as an aid appeared to help Pump recover by raising his legs into the air while saying: “Breathe, breathe,” as he regained consciousness.

Shocked fans have since taken to X, formerly known as Twitter to express their concern with one writing: “This is absolute loser behaviour from Colby.” A second fumed: “He tapped multiple times. Colby should be demoted on his jiu-jitsu belt and should never be allowed to fight again.” Meanwhile a third sarcastically added: “Loved seeing Colby respect the tap. That was cool.”

“He tapped out like seven times, even looked at the people around for help,” commented another. A fifth shocked fan typed: “Unless he asked to be out, that was pretty f*****g stupid tbh.” Meanwhile, another typed: “Colby Covington has – once again – shown himself to be a complete scumbag. Lil Pump (who doesn’t train) tapped multiple times – he is merely looking to create content with Colby and is presumably a guest at his gym. Colby responds by ignoring the tap and risking injury.”

Elsewhere, one viewer commented: “He asked to be choked out. For Colby not to stop until he was out, not matter what. It’s supervised, he was using muscle to squeeze him and not bone. Panic sets in, and he desperately wanted him to stop… but you can tell he got what he wanted when he woke up… That was fun.” Another questioned: “Should have stopped after he tapped multiple times .Part of the script?” “Clickbait or Colby was told to do it. He’s not doing it without someone asking for it.”

As the video clip starts with the pair on the mat, it is unclear as to whether Lil Pump instructed Covington to ignore the taps and carry on. The controversial fighter holds a 17-4 MMA record and is currently ranked fifth in the UFC’s 170lb division. Away from sports, Covington has attracted attention by being a supporter of former President Donald Trump. He currently uses his social media channels to plug Trump’s campaign to reenter the White House after the upcoming American elections, where he is battling against current Vice President Kamala Harris.
