Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner had been dating Peregrine Pearson for more than a year but it seems the pair have called it quits on their romance
Sophie Turner has shared a sad relationship update following split rumours from Peregrine Pearson. The actress seems to have confirmed that the pair have parted ways after rumours recently surfaced.
It’s been reported that the 29-year-old has told her friends that she is now “single” and she and her boyfriend have unfollowed each other on social media. Sophie and Viscount Cowdray’s son, 30, were revealed to be in a relationship back in December 2023 just months after she split from her husband Joe Jonas.
However, it is now thought she is flying solo and is no longer with Peregrine. The relationship breakdown has been put down to the romance running its course, according to reports.

The Sun reported that a source told them that Sophie is using this time to put her two daughters and her career first. The source said: “Sophie and Peregrine had a great time together but the relationship ran its course. She is single and is focusing on her career and her two daughters.”
Fans of the actress first started to speculate that the couple had split up when Sophie unfollowed her boyfriend on Instagram. Peregrine and Sophie have been open about their relationship since they first went public in December 2023.
The two of them were often seen together on social media, with the pair last seen in a post in January. Sophie shared a round up of 2024 where she posted snaps which included her partner, with one of them in a bathroom mirror selfie.
However, fans noticed that the couple seemed more distant as Peregrine wasn’t included in the mum-of-two’s post from when she went to Paris in March. They were last seen together in March when they attended the Louis Vuitton show in Paris before they went to dinner.
There has been no trace of the pair together since and neither of them have been seen liking each other’s posts. It’s unknown whether Peregrine has unfollowed Sophie or not as he has a private Instagram account.
Sophie was previously married to Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas and the two of them have two daughters together, Willa, four, and Delphine, two. They tied the knot back in 2019 but their divorce was finalised in 2024.
A source claimed previouslt that Sophie saw herself in a long-term relationship with Peregrine which could include having children together in the future. They said: “Sophie wants her happy ever after. Joe wasn’t it. Peregrine seems to be the one and she would love to have children with him one day and the likelihood of that happening is pretty good. They will certainly try.”
