Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona is mum to five children – Heidi, Lilly-Sue, Maxwell, Molly and Dylan-Jorge
Kerry Katona has flashed her matching tattoo with two of her daughters Heidi, 17, and Lilly-Sue, 21.
The former Atomic Kitten star took to her Instagram page to show off her new ink along with her children’s. The photo showed dark straight lines making a star-shaped design along with tiny black dots at the ends.
Kerry wrote a sweet caption alongside the post which said: “@lils.mc @heidikatona and myself by @123_mollymc.” She then finished it off with “Memories!” and a series of red love heart emojis.
However, some of her followers weren’t too impressed with the new tattoos. One said: “Not very straight lines and looks like they made a bit of a mess of Heidi’s on the top right looking at the pic. But I love the idea behind them. I’d love to get a matching tattoo with eldest.”
While one asked: “What do they mean?” With another adding: “They forget about growing up and how awful they look. Victoria Beckham has had all hers removed because as an older woman they look bad with elegant clothes etc.”
However, many followers loved the sweet gesture as one commented: “Love this. I’d like something like that with my girls.” Another said they were “so special” and “beautiful”.
Kerry is mum to Molly, 22, Lilly-Sue, 20, Heidi, 16, Max, 14, and eight-year-old DJ from previous relationships. She revealed earlier this year that she hadn’t seen her eldest daughter Molly for almost 12 months.
She shares her daughter with ex husband Brian McFadden. Molly is currently living in Ireland which is where Brian is originally from.
Writing in a recent OK! story, Kerry said: “Lilly and Molly are both coming home this week from Ireland for a visit and I can’t wait to have them back. I haven’t seen Molly in almost a year! We talk on the phone every single day, but she just hasn’t been home to visit in a while. Lilly is getting on great too, she’s really settled and has got a good job over in Ireland, I’m proud of her. It’s nice for me to see my kids flourish. I’ve done my parenting bit and now it’s their turn to live lives.”
Kerry is currently engaged to fiancé Ryan Mahoney who doesn’t have any biological children of his own. Despite this, Kerry has made it clear she won’t be having any more babies. She has even admitted that she has told Ryan that he should “leave” her if he is wanting to have children of his own.
